HBO ogłosiło wreszcie szczegóły dotyczące zbiorczego wydania Blu-ray ze wszystkimi ośmioma sezonami serialu „Gra o tron”, które trafi do sprzedaży na początku grudnia tego roku. Oprócz dokładnej daty premiery poznaliśmy też wygląd wydania oraz spis materiałów dodatkowych. Zobaczcie sami.
Wszystkie osiem sezonów najpopularniejszego serialu ostatnich lat zawita na fizyczne nośniki już 3 grudnia. W ofercie oprócz pojedynczych wydań Blu-ray i 4K UHD z finałową serią znajdzie się też zbiorcze wydanie ze wszystkimi sezonami trwającego od 2011 roku serialu.
W kolekcjonerskim wydaniu oprócz płyt ze wszystkimi odcinkami znajdziemy też wyjątkowy i unikalny materiał dodatkowy w postaci dwuczęściowego spotkania z obsadą serialu pod tytułem „Game of Thrones: Reunion Special”, na którym pojawili się między innymi Kit Harington, Emilia Clarke, Sophie Turner, Jason Momoa i Mark Addy. Spotkanie poprowadził Conan O'Brien, który omawiał z aktorami ich ulubione sceny i prezentował niepokazywane nigdy wcześniej materiały zza kulis. Fragment spotkania możecie zobaczyć poniżej.
W materiałach dodatkowych znajdą się także całkowicie nowe usunięte i rozszerzone sceny, animowane klipy, materiały zza kulis, komentarze audio i dokument „Game of Thrones: The Last Watch” autorstwa Jeanie Finlay. W sumie na płytach znajdzie się ponad 15 godzin dodatkowych materiałów.
Wszystkie płyty zostaną umieszczone w kartonowych opakowaniach z grafikami przedstawiającymi głównych bohaterów serialu oraz jego kultowe momenty. Autorem grafik jest Robert Ball, a opakowania na płyty znajdą się w drewnianej skrzynce zamykanej na klucz w kształcie przypinki przypominającej tą, którą w serialu nosił Namiestnik Króla Westeros.
Pre-order na zbiorcze wydanie wystartował już między innymi na Amazon.com. Aktualna cena wynosi $249,99.
